How selective invoice discounting Works

in 5 simple steps

Apply in minutes

All you need to get started is

1. Your company's financial details, e.g. your revenue
2. Your latest statutory accounts
3. Your last 3 months' bank statements

It only takes minutes to sign up, even less if you
apply using online accounting software like Xero, Sage or Quickbooks.

Add a customer

Next, add a customer to your account
by searching our system. If it's not already there,
just add them manually.

We set all our customers up with a new
Barclays client account, at no extra cost,
so you can receive payment.

Upload your invoice

You can upload an invoice file, which our system
will automatically pull details from. Alternatively,
you can enter the invoice details manually.

Unlike traditional invoice factoring, we don't ask
you to finance your whole sales ledger, so you can use
us as and when you need financing.

Verify Invoice

We use the online tool Verification Cloud to check your
invoices with your customer.

Verification Cloud will send your customer
an email asking them to check the details of your uploaded
invoice. In just a few clicks your customer reviews your invoice
and you'll be notified instantly once they've verified it.

Get funding

Once verified, our investors can purchase your invoices
and you could receive up to 90% of your invoice within
24 hours. You'll receive the remainder, minus fees,
when your customer pays.

We have two sessions every day, at 12pm
and 5pm, where our network of investors fund
invoices from businesses like yours.

These investors are only funding your invoices, they
aren't taking any stake or equity in your business.

Cost

We offer two options based on your funding needs:

  • Pay-as-you-go: you pay a service fee each time you fund an invoice

  • Contract option: if you have an ongoing need, you can save money by paying a fixed monthly service fee for an agreed period of time

For both options, there is a discount fee charged based on the funds you use and a listing fee of £15 to cover CHAPS payments.

A member of our team can help get you the most accurate and competitive rate based on your business need.
